Which polyurethane type $50 miniwax brand vs $30 Varathane brand?
per gallon costs. I believe both of these are water based. Which should I use?
going over a resanded old oak floor.

I rarely use water based polys both because I prefer the look of oil and oil polys dry to a harder finish. I have used a 2 part waterbased poly that did dry to a hard film but I don't remember the brand name
