How to make Laminate floor transition?

Hello all,

I am looking for detail instruction on how to make transition for laminate floor. A good book for online resource will be best. I have listed five different cases where I have difficult to figure out how to make the transition. Any suggestion is welcome.

Thank you

You would be far better off on a second floor to go with real hardwood or engineered flooring.
Laminate is loud to walk on and will be a night mare to trim out around the head of the stairs without creating a trip hazzard.
The directions on how to install the strips is right on the packaging.
The Pergo strips are made so they can be used as carpet to laminate, or hard to hard (Tee stips)
They need to be installed in the middle of the doorway right where the stop molding is so you only see one type of floor from each side of the door.
