Replacing one laminate board

How difficult is it to replace one laminate board that is not at the edge of the room? It looks like two boards have come "unsnapped" at the long sides so that one of the boards sits a little lower than the one next to it. Also this is my very first time posting, and if someone would kindly tell me how to upload a photo I can show you what I'm talking about.
