Reducing Noise/Vibration upstairs

We have a playroom on the second floor. I just set up a 100 pound heavy bag and stand that makes a ton of noise. Without cutting into the floor or ceiling what can be done to reduce the noise and vibration?

Try putting down heavy gym mats on the floor.

Your beating on a 100lb body bag on a second floor and wonder why it's noisy?

Need to get that down to the basement with a solid floor!
