Hardwood Floor Repair
I have a hardwood floor (light cherry, not laminate) and something happened causing a chunk of it to come out. I have the piece and wish to glue it back into place.
Can someone recommend the best glue to use for this? Anything special I should know in terms of technique or approach, or just apply the glue and pop it in?
Thanks!

There are 3 glues I would look at, needs to be waterproof glue.
Is one absolutely better, probably not, personal choice but I'd chose the Titebond since I have it on hand!
Titebond III Ultimate Wood Glue
PL polyurethane wood glue
Gorilla glue original

Ya, pics would help us better understand what you have and the best way to fix it, here is a link for pic posting instructions - How to insert pictures.
