jumping exercises on the main floor
Is it okay to allow my tenants to do jumping excercises on the main floor?

Can you stop them?
Yes, if the house is in good condition on person doing things like jumping jacks and dancing should be OK. Depending on the structure they might notice the floor bouncing, items walking off shelves and furniture and pictures moving and maybe falling. The movement will be amplified if multiple people doing it at the same time as often happens when dancing to music or watching an exercise video. Hopefully there aren't enough people in the house that they could all dance together and cause damage.
