Question scratch in parquet flooring

Good evening everyone,

A sharp object fell on the floor and I don't know how to fix it.

How can I raise the sagging part, cover the cut and redraw the grooves of the parquet (a miraculous product) ? (for a beginner)

Thank you and good day everyone

Looks like a dent more than a scratch, what is it laminate or wood?

Honestly, short of replacing I doubt there is much that is going to repair!

Have never tried it and don't know how it will work on laminate but a hot iron on a wet , damp towel. Let it steam a little and see what happens. Otherwise a board replacement is in your future.

The wood is sunk because a sharp object fell on it. So, I have to fill the crevasse

Often when you attempt to fill a depression like that the repair looks worse than the damage.
