Question

We have a large great room with natural stone floors. Over the last 14 years that we have had the house, the finish has worn off leaving the stones dull. In addition, the "grout" between the stones is very dirty.
With small children in the house, we were hesitant to do the suggested muriatic acid treatment.
Is there another way to clean the stones and grout thoroughly and then seal them to restore the very shiney finish?
Thanks
