Question fish eye in varnish

we have just finshed new wood floors that originated in the great salt lake (trestlewood II); therefore special care had to be taken with the finish because of the high mineral (salt) content. we used porter's oil varnish, wood guardian urethane.

all finished well except for an area around the shower where apparently some of the tile sealer got on the floors between the second and third top coats and it "fish-eyed" in several places. i made the mistake of trying to fill in the eyes with more top coat and that's all i got; more top coat and the fish eye is still evident. does anyone have experience with this effect, and is there anything i can do to these areas without having to refinish the entire floor?

The more coats you apply - the worse it will get because the problem is under these. We've encountered this problem and you will have to re-sand
