Unhappy heart pine floors

Hello i am just now starting to pull up the rugs in my house it was built in 1907 and is 2800 sq. ft up stairs and dwnstairs complete with heart pine floors. Problem i have is some of the boards have termite damage from the past as well as gaps between boards the board planks are 3 1/4 in. wide and vary in lengths.
1. How do i fill gaps so they look as natural as can be what product to use?
2. where do i find replacement boards?
any help would be outstanding thanks

Repairing wood floors

If not many boards are involved, the boards you need for your repairs can be removed from inconspicuous areas such as under the bed, couch, or other large piece of furniture or in a closet. Replacing the boards with new boards will be very conspicuous. The new boards can go in the inconspicuous areas. It is not recommended that gaps between boards be filled. As the boards expand and contract the filler will deteriorate and be forced out and will look worse than the gaps. The gaps are part of the history of the home and gives your floor character. A supplier of heart pine floors can be found by doing a search on your favorite search engine.
