Line Stains on Yellow Pine Flooring

I have yellow pine flooring in my kitchen. There was linoleum tiles covering them for about 60 years (then vinyl on top of that, then vinyl tiles on top of that). I removed all the old flooring and sanded this weekend using a large, 130 lbs pad sander.

The problem that I have is that there are stained lines running the width of the room counter to the grain at about 9" apart. They appear to be from dirt and moisture that seeped through the linoleum.

1) I used a belt sander with 36 and 50 grit paper, but that still did not get them out.
2) I tried Behr Fence and Deck cleaner/conditioner, which lightened the stains, but did not remove them.
3) I tried straight bleach, but that turned the entire area white.

I don't want to paint. I would rather not stain as the floor would then not match the rest of my home.

Any ideas on how to remove these problem stains?

Thank you for your help.

Removing stains from wood floors

Some stains can not be removed from wood floors, particularly those associated with moisture that has been absorbed deep into the wood.

Click the following for bleaching methods:
