Alternative to fumigation?

Hey all, so I received 2 termite inspections and both were positive for drywood & subterranian termites. Both quotes included fumigating, the 'drilling into concrete' treatment, and perimeter treatment.... one was $2200, the other $3K.
Was wondering if there is a good alternative to these costly services. I also don't like the idea of a tent being placed over my house and the risk of damaging wires or vents on my roof.

Also, both companies also said I have dry rot on my house and detached garage fascia boards and verge rafters. Is the only treatment to replace the wood?

Method of treatment for drywood termites depends on location and extent of infestation. Inspectors can only inspect areas visible to them, and infestation could be extensive. Fumigation offers the ability to reach extensive infestations in invisible areas. Reputable, professional exterminators know how to set up the tent without damage to your home.

Rotten wood and wood weakened by termite infestation will need to be replaced to maintain integrity of the structure. Addressing moisture issues that caused decaying wood before replacement and termite treatment before making repairs is recommended.
