Termies keep coming back
My house had a very expensive termite treatment by Orkin they drilled inside and out on all the walls, but just after the warranty expired (1 year) the termites came back. Then I treated the exterior with Premise all around. Now one year later they are back eating the drywall in my ceiling and I don't see how they are getting up there. Any ideas? If I put a bait cartridge in the ceiling; might that work?

Welcome to the forums.
Termites are everywhere and your house is a tasty treat to them. Keeping them at bay will be an ongoing process and I don't think something which kept them away a year is necessarily a failure.

What species of termites are they? Drywood or subterranean? if drywood, then the soil treatments will have no effect as that is targeted towards subterms. Dig out the paperwork from the Orkin treatment and look for clues such as insect ID, chemcial used, etc.
I’ve not known of a bait station/cartridge for any use other than subterms. Please understand that I have no “hands on” experience with drywoods as we don’t have them in the northeast.
More info on your house is helpful such as presence of basement, crawl space, frame or block construction, attic accessibility, etc?
