Is this termite "mud tube"?

Location is South Florida.

I found this inside the laundry room that is on an exterior wall. There is a strip of wood in that corner.

I have seen subterranean termites before and their "mud tubes" but usually in the wall cavities around wood studs as they travel up from below.

Is this termite mud tubes or is this something from other pest?

Sure is.
No inspection before buying?
Block building?
If so the right way to do this is to drill every void and shot it with Termacide, shot around the slab outside with a 2' rod, drill any of the exposed slab they can on the inside and shoot it.
No a DIY job.
DO NOT HAVE TERMINEX OR ORIN install bait stations!!!
Total rip off.

Well, last time I had sub termites I remember the company I hired was Hulett Environmental.

They came out and dug a trench about 4"-6" deep around the perimeter of the building, then they put in some liquid termicide...I believe it's Termidor. The sales guy who sold me the job told me they will be effective for ten years. The tech who came to actually apply the chemical told me about 2-3 years. The only place they drilled were along a concrete sidewalk along one side of the house there they drilled a hole every 16" or so and pumped in some of the same liquid.

Nothing wrong with the trench on the outside, but how is that going to stop them coming up from under the slab and inside the block where no one can see them until it's to late?
Inside the block they do not even need to make mud tunnels.
According to the Termidor website it's 10 years.
