Wood stack, termites?

I took down a picket fence a earlier this summer. I cut off the tips and was going to reuse them for building shelves. When I went to Unstack them today I found this. Ants vs termites? Can anyone confirm and provide advice?

That’s what I figured xsleeper but I haven’t dealt with termites so I figured I get a second opinion. Thanks

Ants will have 3 segments to their body, termites only have 2
