I'm not the pro here but I believe that may be an indication of termite infestation.
They eat the paper on the sheetrock leaving little tunnels and pinholes and push out their frass.
Woke up to a bunch of these in my swimming pool (pool light on all night) which is in a screen enclosure as well as some along the windows on the outside by the pool. I live in NW FL panhandle.
