Hunter 44760 thermostat

I have a Ruud model UPHD-042JAZ 4 ton heat pump and a Ruud UBHK 24J14SFA air handler with 10.5/14.o auxiliary heat strips. I am trying to use a Hunter Model # 44760 thermostat. My wiring diagram for (Heat pump with electric heat using two-stage thermostat for dehumidification )for my Ruud air handler is as follows:

A/H = AIR HANDLER T/S =M THERMOSTAT H/P = OUTDOOR UNIT (A/H)

W1 TO (T/S) W2,
(A/H) G TO (T/S) G,
(A/H) Y TO (T/S) Y1 TO (H/P) Y,
(A/H) W1 TO (T/S) W,---------------------------------NO W ON (T/S)
(A/H) B TO (T/S) B TO (H/P) B,
(A/H) ODD TO (T/S) Y2,-------------------------------NO Y2 ON (T/S)
(A/H) C TO (T/S) C TO (H/P) C,
(A/H) R TO (T/S) R TO (H/P) R,

The problem is that this thermostat does not have a Y2, W, or a W1 terminal on it. I couldn't make the connections for the (A/H) W1 TO (T/S) W & (A/H) ODD TO (T/S) Y2.

When in heat mode it blows cool air. You can smell the heat strips but it appears the air conditioner is on at the same time the heat strips are on. Can this thermostat be used with this unit? If so what changes can I make?

Thanks,

Ronnie

I can not find anything on this model of t-stat even on the Hunter's web site... how old is it?

What all letters does the t-stat have for wire hook up?

What is wrong with the old t-stat, or why the change?

FYI, Hunter has not been rated well with pro installers, Honeywell come back the best.
