Honeywell VisionPRO IAQ Wiring help with a Lennox Heat Pump and Air Handler

I am installing a VisionPRO IAQ to control an Lennox Air Handler (CB31MV65) and Lennox Heat Pump (13HPD060). My wiring working backward from the thermostat is as follows:

Thermostat-
Terminal 1 - Red
Terminal 2 - White
Terminal 3 - Blue

EIM
Terminal 1 - Red
Terminal 2 - White
Terminal 3 - Blue

C - Blue to the AH
R - Red to the AH
RC - Jumped to R
RH - Jumped to RC

O - Orange to AH
W2 - White
W3 - Empty
Y - Yellow to AH
Y2 - Empty
G - Green to AH

Air Handler
DS - Jumped to Y1
O - Orange from EIM and to HP
Y1 - Yellow from EIM, to HP, and jumped to Y2

C - Blue from EIM and to HP
G - Green from EIM
W1 - White from EIM
W2 - Jumped to R
W3 - Empty
R - Red from EIM and to HP

Heat Pump
R - Red from AH
Y2 - Empty
Y1 - Yellow from AH
C - Blue from AH
W1 - White from AH
O - Orange from AH
L - Empty
T - Empty

I can't figure out why I can't get forced hot air to blow out my vents. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Everything is wired up right, I have a couple of other suggestions, but we'll get back to that later.

What is your settings set to for the "installer set-up" menu?
