What is the model # of the unit outside?

How big is your home and age?? You have an awful large furnace there!

The jumper is giving the blower the correct "profile" speed in the enhanced mode.

Wonder if the dealer has done a Manual-J (Load Calc) on the home??? Your home might off been able to get by with a 80k furnace with 2 or maybe 3 ton A/C. Right now you got 120k and 4 tons.

Jay- My stat setup is exactly what you had suggested except for the heating and cooling CPH, those were set to 3. Is there an advantage to having those set at 2?

Thanks

I like set it to 2, it gives the system a longer run time to give better comfort.
