Need help wiring HONEYWELL RTH3100C thermostat

I'm replacing an Enerstat DSl-450 on an Addison ground-source heat pump. Current wiring on the Enerstat is as follows: green to LED2; white to W1; yellow to Y1; green to G; red to R; blue to 24V(c); black to O; nothing connected to B

There is a jumper between R and 24V. The first green on the above list may be a different wire that the second green. I can't pull new wire as they seem to be stapled inside the wall. The route to the mechanical room is impossible to access.

Will the HONEYWELL RTH3100C thermostat work? Thanks so much for your help!
