Lightbulb Rudd air handler Unit.Model UHLA 6024AA

It has X-13 fan motor (4 or 5 speed). It blows cold air till water in boiler gets hot. My boiler is cold start (to save energy). Need some type of aqua-stat that will run this motor when the water is hot. Right now it starts when thermostat calls for heat and boiler is cold. Manufacturer Rudd says it is an accessory, not part of the package. Please advise, it will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

(Logic tells me it is simple thing to do. That is, install appropriate aqua-stat on hot pipe @ coil, cut some control wire and put in series with the aqua stat.)
