Thermostat coming on even though it's not on schedule
Hello,
Our thermostat works great during the day and follows the schedule properly....until it gets to the night time slot. We have it set super low at night and yet it will still come on around 4-6am. We've even set it as low as 50 just to make sure we weren't crazy. And our house does not get that low at night .
What could be causing it to NOT follow our schedule but only for nighttime?
Thanks
Michelle

Some thermostats have a learning function to know how long it takes to reach the temp so that it will be at set temp at next temp change. What thermostat do you have? Have you tried using hold function and manually controlling the temp change?

Its a Honeywell Vision Pro IAQ.
I haven't tried to hold function at night, but I will give it a try. Although, I dont want to have to press hold every night, I want it to work how I set it, you know?

Your thermostat has what is called adaptive intelligent recovery. Please check your manuals for description. I believe this is what is causing your issue. It can be turned off in the installer settings.
