New ecobee t-stat and single stage heat pump with aux. elect duct heater...
Hi there… I have purchased an ecobee stat eb-02 and was going through the wiring diagram scenarios. Unfortunately, I cannot seeone that fits my usage exactly… What I have is:
A waterfurnace Versatec ground source Heat Pump (single stage)
An“in line” electric duct heater (to provide auxiliary heat ) single stage
A General Aire – flow through humidifier (24 volt)
A“Life breath” fresh air exchanger
My hope is to have the ecobee control all of these items, however, if it cannot conrol the “life breath”, I can deal with having theextra control unit on my wall…
My current “waterfurnace” brand thermostat uses the following connections:
On the one terminal block:
S1 – (black wire)
O/W2 – (Orange wire)
Y1- (Orange wire)
L – (White Wire)
On the second terminal block:
R – (red wire)
G – (Green wire)
C– (Black wire)
W/W1 – (White wire)
Could you perhaps provide me with a wiring diagram that fitsthese parameters? The closest I could find in the install book was “Single Stage Heat/Cool, dual Stage Auxilliary Heat with Humidifier”.. I thought that this would be fairly simple, however, it's getting a bit complicated !!
Thank you very much for your help !!
Regards,
Rod.

Model #'s of equipment
Hi there HVACTEC.. thanks for the reply !! Here are the numbers of the units I have..
Heat Pump - Waterfurnace brand - VXV036A110NMT1SSA
Humidifier - General Aire 1042LH
HRV - Lifebreath 155MAX
T-Stat - Waterfurnace brand - TSTATWFN2S01-A
I will include a pic of the inside of the t-stat.. I think that I know where all the connections would go on the Ecobee, with exception of the "S1" connection. I also understand that I could hook up the HRv, However, I would have to manually turn it on every 20 Mins... if this is the case, I will keep the wall mounted controller for that unit and only have the Ecobee run the furnace and humidifier..
Thanks again for your help !!
