Gas Furnace & Evaporative Cooler controlled with a Honeywell Prestige 2.0

Hi guys, I am about to buy a Rheem gas furnace (2 stage variable speed, model RGPE) and an Evaporative cooler (Master Cool, 7000 CFM) for my new home in the very dry area of El Paso, TX. I was recently checking some thermostats, and I'd like to go with the Honeywell Prestige 2.0

Is it possible to control both the gas furnace and the evaporative cooler with this thermostat? If so, how should I do the wiring?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

I am sure you could. I never been around Evap coolers, do I don't know if it has a low voltage hook up or not? If it does, then yes. if it don't have low voltage, then you'll have to add a relay between the two.

You'll run the low votage wire from the unit to the t-stat, You remove the jumper between R and Rc. You wire R to Rc, and Y.

Then for heat, you'd wire the furnace's R to R to the stat. Are you have a regular A/C as well or no?
