3m50 to Wood boiler

I have a question. I am new to this... I have a Central boiler (outdoor woodboiler) with the following wire diagram. I am try to install a 3m50 and of course don't have a "common wire" . My current wiring diagram is like this:
http://www.centralboiler.com/Tech/C160.pdf

Can I use what I already have to get the common wire or do I need to install additional ac eqipt?

THanks for your help!

Brad

Do you have an extra wire in the wall?

if you do, then use that wire, and then where does the t-stat wire go to? I am guessing to the Zone valve? if so, then use that same colored wire and piggy back on the #1 screw on the valve, that is oing to C on the transformer.
