Replacement of old line voltage thermostat with digital thermostat
Hi,
I am trying to replace my existing line voltage (Johnson Controls Inc T22SEB) thermostat for fan coil system with a Honeywell TB6575 Digital Fan Coil Thermostat. I do not control heating or cooling in the pipes. That is controlled by the condo building and changed over during the change in season. There are two thick wires coming out of the wall that goes into terminal 1 and terminal 2 in the existing thermostat. Wire in terminal 1 is hot (I believe) and the other one is heating/cooling wire. I am wondering where do I connect these wires in TB6575. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Does the old stat cycle your fan?
If so.. power goes to L and the remaining wire connects to Gh and you Need and Electrician or HVAC contractor to provide neutral for the N terminal.

A pipe sensor should be used with that application.
