thermostat wiring

I have the AC and Heat pump all in one unit, Every thing was working fine, I wanted to install a programmable thermostat, So I called a AC company, The guy came out and installed the hunter programmable thermostat, I went to buy the thermostat my self and had this company install it, After 2 days the New thermostat keeps changing to 74 degrees know mater what you set it too, I called the company that installed it and they told me that I will be billed again if they come out to reinstall the Old thermostat, The new one I took it back to the store, So I tried to install the old thermostat my self, The AC and Fan works fine, But when I set to heat, There is no heat, Just cold air, when its set to Heat, The out side unit is running, so what do you think is wrong?Name: 102_6110.jpg

I don't see a wire on your B terminal.

Did you snap a picture of your wiring before replacing the stat?
If not, you must now remove the panel at your air handler to get the field installed wire connection combination in use with your application.

A couple of pictures and the make and model of your equipment would be better
