Thermostat wiring

I have a manufactured home, gas heat, electric A/C, electronic thermostat. Thermostat has gone blank, no power to it, checked all circuit breakers, they are good. Is circuit breaker for thermostat outside in the furnace/AC unit?

Does the thermostat need batteries ?

Many package units have a blade type automotive low voltage fuse to protect the 24 volt transformer from damage when the stat wire is damaged causing a short.

If the fuse is popped inspect the wire for damage before replacing the fuse.

I don't see any battery; input power is low voltage so must come from a transformer somewhere.
