Honeywell RTH9580 WiFi thermostat on an old oil burner furnace?

I am wanting to install a Honeywell RTH9580 WiFi thermostat on my old oil furnace. It needs the C wire for 24v common. My furnace has a Honeywell R8184G 4009 protectorelay oil burner control which has 2 wires connected to the T terminals going to the old thermostat. I have ran a new 7 wire bundle (for future replacement of furnace). There is a transformer that has Y,W,C,G,R terminals on it, and the C&G have black wires connected running back into an electrical box. I guess my question is can I use that C connection To run the thermostat or am I going to have to put some kind of relay on to the T terminals?

Thanks for any help
Travis

I would connect the fan center R and C to the stat R and C.
Connect the stat Rh and W to the furnace T and T terminals.
Remove the jumper between Rh and R at the stat.

RTH9580WF thermostat to R8184G furnace controller.

I was just able to connect my RTH9580WF thermostat to my furnace with a R8184G controller. There are only 4 terminals on the controller T, T, F, F.
The F, F terminals are for the CS cell but it uses the common side of the 24V transformer.
If you connect the wires up to the terminals in this order it should work fine

T T F F
R W - B

Connect the Red to the outer T terminal and the Blue to the outer F terminal and the White to the remaining T terminal.

I have the same issue. R8184G and looking to add a C wire for a smart thermostat.

Found this and figured I was set.

Kept doing some digging and found a thread on another forum where members basically said you're going to complete mess with the flame sensor by doing this:

Thoughts?
