Honeywell RTH8580WF issue vs old unit

Just replaced 2 old Honeywell stats with wifi ones. Prolem is when the heat kicks on, the fan starts immediately and alot of cold air comes out first. The old stats had delay for 15-20 sec. that would delay fan until furnace warmed up. Same thing happens at end of cycle, the fan and the gas shut off at the same time, not allowing the residual warm air to get into living space. Is there a setting I'm missing on the new 8580's?
I did have to add blue "C" wire, which I put on the "C" screw on the Lennox furnace, which is all the install manual said to do.

Sounds like the stat is not set up right. Go into the set up menu starting on page 51.

I am guessing your have a single stage gas furnace w/ A/C?

if so, this is the settings for that is..

170-1
180-0
240-3

Thanks Jay, that did it....didnt think about the furnace efficiency aspect. House was built in '04 with dual Lennox systems, so it figures. Cheers!
