White Rogers UP300 Programming Question. Do I Need To Set All 4 Periods?

Hi,

I have a White Rogers UP300 up and running on a heat pump.

During the Day when I leave @ 6:00AM I want it to raise up 5°F.
When I depart work @ 3:00PM I want it to drop 5°F.

What do I do about periods I do not want to use?

So I set:
Morning 6AM 80°F
Day 3PM 75°F

Do I continue with:
Evening 3PM 75°F
Night 75°F

Like This:

Morning 6AM 80°F
Day 3PM 75°F
Evening 3PM 75°F
Night 3PM 75°F

Thanks

2. 15:00 @ 75

20:00 @ 75

23:00 @ 75

I usually avoid giving 2 periods the same time.
6 AM = 80
8 AM = 80
3 PM =75
10 PM = 75
is what I would recommend.
