Trane weathertron to Honeywell RTHL2410C

Just moved into a new house and want to get rid of the old mercury thermostat. I can't find any model/serial number on the old Weathertron thermostat but it has 10 wires arranged like this:

G O X2
Y
T
R
W U F B

The new Honeywell RTHL2410C looks like this:

B O G Y W * R RC

The * says it's not used and there is a jumper on R/RC

Outside is a Trane TWR736A100A1. Inside there is some sort of heater, but I can't find a make/model on it.

I've looked through the diagrams in the new thermostat's instructions, and none of them mention a T or a U.

Can you post the wiring colors and what terminals they are landed on, on the old stat?

They're all pretty faded. I'm relatively sure on all of them except O. It might be orange, but it's too faded for me to be sure.

G-Green O-Orange? X2-Black
Y-Yellow
T-Purple
R-Red
W-White U-Gray F-Black B-Blue

I have never seen a ten wire stat and I have been doing this for a long time. Can you post some pictures?

Well, I was wrong I have seen this stat before. New stat Green wire will connect to G, Red to R, White to W, Orange to O, Yellow to Y. All the other wires will not be used. Tape each wire off separately.
