no power to thermostat on heat pump unit

no power to thermostat on heat pump unit

i have a carrier heat pump unit 50qd006 and the transformer even a new one is not giving me the 24 v for some reason i reading on metter 240 a 270 v in one lead on primary side and another lead other 240 to 270 v , but if i put reading together i don't get the 460 or 480 that i need or supost to have in that unit , also mentioning that i have a step down 460 to 230 v transformer , that has to do with this problem ?

Welcome to the forums.

Can't tell from the pictures but is that the 460vac 3 phase unit you have ?
It sounds like you are missing a phase there. Have you check between all three hot legs for power?

In the following link, on page 11, it shows the transformer is 208, 230 or 460 depending on connection.

yes is 3 phase and you are correct i just check one of the fuses and one is out , thank you so much very help full
