Installing Honeywell RTH6350D

I'm switching over to the Honeywell from a Lennox 21J7201 T-stat. My outdoor unit is a Lennox 10HPB48-9. The old Tstat had the following wires:

R
W1
Y1
O
C
G

I hooked up the wires to the Honeywell as follows under "heat pump"

R - R with jumper to Rc
Y1 - Y
O - O/B
G - G
C - unconnected
W1 - Aux/E

When I turn the cold on, only warm air blows but I can hear the outside unit and compressor running. Is this Tstat compatible with my unit and did I hook it up correctly?

You must also configure function 1 to 5 for Heat pump with Aux heat.
