Thermostat wiring Ritetemp 6020 Hyperion TAM4 to Trane heat pump

All, thanks for this great resource. My issue is the airhandler is turning on the Aux heet and the cooling simultaniously. We have changed multiple settings and the fuse blows. The heat pump wires to the handler suggest Black (x2), orange, Red, Blue, Yellow. with the black(x2) to W1-White and combine all W1.W2.W3 together. I have one state heat and Aux heet. The air handler has YO,B,R,O,YI,G and again combine W1W2W3. the rite temp used to work with the old system ( changed out) B,O,W,Y,R,H,G. Since the 5A fuse kept blowing we disabled the heet side. Now that the temps are declined i need heet. my installer is not available. Is this solvable over the Net.
Best.
Tad

Is the stat in heat mode when the fuse blows? Check to see if R and O are jumpered in the air handler. Remove jumper for proper heat pump operation.

A common mistake when replacing a thermostat on a Trane system is connecting Trane B to the thermostat B. Trane B is the C terminal on the Ritetemp...

I'd verify that the air handler is wired this way and match it at the stat.

Hopefully the attached diagram will clarify the connections at the air handler.
