Honeywell 8000 to Replace Water Furnace TA23E12

I am trying to replace my water Furnace(Geothermal) thermostat with a Honeywell 8000.
I cant figuer out how to wire the new one.
Mine has one wire on the left, wired to terminal "L1". On the right, the wires go to: R, Y, Y1, W,G,R,C and O.
The Honeweyll terminals are a bit different.
Will I need to specifically program the 8000 for geo thermal?
Mine is a 3 stage heat, and 2 stage A/C unit.

For a geothermal heat pump you will need to go into the installer's setup menu and set function 173 to 1.

Here is a link to the installation guide:

Page 5 shows the wiring for a 3H/2C system and pages 6 and 7 shows how to enter the setup and configure guide.
