Wiring Thermostat - Honeywell RTH7600D1030

Sorry, I don't have previous Thermostat setup info.
The AC part works fine, but the Heat is not kicking in.
Furnace is a Lennox Merit Series

Wires I have -

Red
Yellow
Green
White

Connection Options
C, G, Y, W (O/B), RC, R, Aux, E, L

I can't tell if I have everything setup right as far as wires and thermostat programming.

I think

170 - 1
180 - 0
190 ?
240 - 5
270 - 5

Is the heating unit gas or electric heat strips?

180 = 1 for electric heat

I would verify that white is connected to W at the furnace and W/O/B at the stat.
If it is wired correctly I would give the stat a heating demand and observe the sequence of operation in heat mode. A blinking LED may also be of assistance.
