Help needed to wire Nest 2nd generation Thermostat

Help needed to wire Nest 2nd generation Thermostat
I would like to replace my old Honeywell non-programmable thermostat with a Nest 2nd generation. My current thermostat has the following wires:
Green wire on G
Cyan wire on C
Red wire on R
Yellow wire on Y (and W1 via a jumper)
White wire on W2
Orange wire on O
How should these wires connect to the Nest which has the following connectors:
Y1
Y2
G
O/B
Rc
W1
W2/Aux
C
*
Rh
Do I need to change any of the wiring inside the air handler also?

Welcome to the forums.
Green wire on G ---> G
Cyan wire on C ----> C
Red wire on R ------>Rc
Yellow wire on Y (and W1 via a jumper) ----> Y1
White wire on W2 ----> W1
Orange wire on O ----> O
Should work for you. No wiring needs to be changed in the air handler.

Thanks for the quick response. This seems very straightforward. The compatibility check on the Nest website indicated that a professional installation was recommended for a system like mine which is why I thought there would be some more involved wiring in the air handler unit.
With the wiring you suggest, do you know if my Nest thermostat will get its power from my HVAC system directly or from the battery built in the thermostat instead?

When you connect the C terminal..... the thermostat will reliably run off the HVAC transformer.
