Question Is my transformer powerful enough ?

I have a Honeywell 40 vac transformer. Do you think it's powerful enough to handle the following loads?

4 Honeywell V8043E1012 zone valves
2 Honeywell THM5320R modules for wireless thermostats
1 Honeywell RTH9580WF smart thermostat

Thanks in advance

I would use at least a 50VA transformer.

I have installed many zone systems with 4 dampers and installed 50VA transformers to power them.

Depending on your valve actuators, a 75 VA might be advisable. Most 75VA transformers have a built in circuit breaker.

Thanks Houston204
I won't take any chances. I went ahead and got the 75 VA.

Good choice. The transformer will also run much cooler too without it being maxed out.
