Installed Thermostat w/ H pump. No cold air?

Hey folks! I installed a new digi Thermostat recently and air is blowing out and all, but I can't tell if it is cold air? According to the thermostat the house is cooling down and thus the AC shuts off at the appropriate temperature. However, it doesn't feel much colder in my house. Am I just imagining something or could the air be running but not getting colder? Absolutely no problems with this before replacing thermostat.

Thanks in advance.

If the outside condensor unit wasn't operating properly the air temperature would not go down.

Hmm.. I know that the outside unit's fan starts spinning as it should. How can I tell if the condenser is working?

Hey! If this video is accurate
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=S7ZKqdNtxq4 than I'm good! The insulated pipe connected to my interior unit is cold to the touch. This should mean that if air is coming out it is cold?

Yes.... if the larger insulated line is cold.... you're good to go.
