Do I have a C wire?

Have a Lux 1500 running a heat pump AC unit. Do I have a c wire? Wires to following terminals: G Y W RH O RC (RH & RC connected by short wire.)

I want to install the White-Rodgers 1F86U-42WF Emerson Sensi Wi-Fi Thermostat. I think that will require a C wire...

Your old thermostat does not have a C terminal.

You may still have a C wire if you have an extra wire that is not connected.
It appears that you have 2 green wires. If this is the case you probably have and additional red and a white wire available.

Connect this extra wire to C at the furnace and the new stat if it is present.

Thank you for your help!

If there are extra red and white wires, would they be tucked behind the the existing thermostat?

Yes.

If you have 2 green wires red and white are probably tucked behind the stat.

Looks like I was calling a blue wire green.

At least you have a wire to use for C at the stat and the furnace.

Yes, connect brown to C at the stat and at the furnace.

Remember to turn off power to the furnace when replacing the stat.

If you touch R to C it will pop a fuse or take out the transformer if a low voltage fuse isn't present.

This York board has a 5 amp fuse...

This Carrier has a 3 amp fuse...
