Wiring 2 stage Goodman heat pump with Trane VS furnace and Trane thermostat
Heat pump: Goodman DSZC18036 (2 stage)
Available connections:
O, I, Y2, Y1, W1, C, R,
Furnace/air handler: Trane XV95 (4 ton/100kBTU version, 2 stage variable speed)
Available connections:
BK, W2, W1, R, G, B/C, Y, Y/Lo, O
Thermostat: Trane TCONT402AN32DA (multistage head and cool)
(later on will be changed to Ecobee or similar)
Available connections:
Y2, W3, R, W2, W1, Y/Y1, G, O, B, BK, H1, H2.
The way it's wired now (HP - Furnace = Thermostat)
O - O = O
Y2 - Y = Y2
Y1 - Y/YLo = Y/Y1
W1 - W1 = W1
C - B/C
R - R = R
W2 = W2
G = G
Blower in the furnace runs, compressor and fan on the HP do too. There is P1 code on the HP (low heat) and no codes on the furnace.
I can't find the information I read somewhere about BK connection on Trane and how specific it is. Any help?

I'm not quite following what it is your trying to do ?
Was the system working fine and then you installed the Trane TCONT402 ?

I really don't know if the system is working. HP displays the code P1, which is "low heat". Should I let it run despite the code? It is a new install of the heat pump and coil. Furnace and T-stat were already there.
