:mad: Not sure of the unit's manufacture but it has a Honeywell Mercury Thermostat w/ Cool / off / Heat switch and Fan Auto / On switch, an ST9120C4057 Fan controller, a Honeywell S8600M and a Honeywell H808A1005 1 Humidity Controller. Problem is as follows. If I turn the fan switch to Auto and the heat cool switch to off the fan keeps blowing. Turn to cool and thermostat to a position where the A/C should kick on it never does fan still blows Waited 20 minutes and turned to heat mode... Same thing fan blows but no heat I have 4 wires to the thermostat. Red, Green, Blue and Yellow. I tried to read for VAC between various combinations at the thermostat and had no voltage. Disconnected the 4 wires and crossed downstairs off the controller and read for continuity upstairs. Had good continuity. PS... With all controller wires disconnected and holding the cover switch closed, the fan still comes on. I am inclined to think the ST9120C4057 has a faulty fan relay but before I continue and replace and blow $200 for a part I don't need I thought I would throw this out and see if there are any additional troubleshooting tips / suggestions to try. I will attach some images here in a bit.

Hi, I am trying to hook up a Honeywell RTH 7600D as a remote thermostat for a GE Zoneline 6100 (AZ61H15DABM3, to be exact). The GE is one of those packaged terminal air conditioners (and heat) that installs thru the wall, of the kind common in hotel rooms. The Honeywell does not have any instructions that are helpful for a new install. Everything I can find talks about matching wire colors; nothing tells me exactly what the different connections do. Here are the connections the GE has, along with the colors the instruction book labels them (which don't really match up very well with the Honeywell, by the way): 1. Red - 24 V AC 2. Green - Low Speed Fan 3. Green - High Speed Fan 4. Black - Solenoid 5. Yellow - Compressor 6. White - Heater 7. Common Can anyone help with where these connections should go on the Honeywell? :confused: Thanks.
