3rd Section..Zone 1
Green Wire...24C....R
Blue Wire...NO...W
4th Section...Zone 2
Red Wire..24C...R
White Wire...NO...W
5th Section HVAC...
Red wire...RC
Red wire...RH
White wire...W1
Green wire...G
Yellow wire...Y1
y2...OPEN SLOT
W2/0...OPEN SLOT
This is the right side of my control board. I ran a wire from top power Blue 24c to stray blue wires coming in from Stat wires. There are stray blue wires at both stats in house. Plugged in nest and still says no power from C wire.

Talked to RCS Technology and they said for what I'm trying to do I would have to change my controller to a 2 zone conventional controller and there is no way to run a C wire with this setup. Homebuilders prob. cutting costs when they installed these units.

That controller only works with specific thermostats. In this case the thermostat runs on 12VDC so the absence of a common wire is not even the problem here.
Your thermostat requires 24VAC.
The letters on that stat and control board.... G, R, Y and W are only wire colors and have nothing to do with functions like on a standard stat.
From the manual....
Reminder: You cannot use standard thermostats with the ZCV2 HVAC Zone Control Unit.

No sir. Your control board is looking for data type signals to operate it. Your WiFi stat can only deliver off or 24vac signals.
Your only option is to replace the zoning board.
