Add C Wiring to transformer

Hi,

I didnt want to hijack other thread so I just want to ask simple question. I have 4 heating zone. The heating system is hot water boiler with baseboard radiant. Attach are two pic, first one is current, second is what I'm trying to do.

Current Wiring:

I want to add "C" to my new (4) Wifi thermostats. Will this work?

Yes...... and good to see you changed the wiring colors to the correct colors.

You should invest in a 60-80va 24vac transformer. You probably have a 40va and it will be screaming.

Its pretty old, no labels, but I will look for it again. It does make some noise but its not crazy at the moment since I only have 2 connected.

A 40va transformer won't run 4 zone valves and 4 wifi stats for very long.

Transformer-75VA-120VAC-24VAC

That will work too. Shop around as it can be pricey.
