Exclamation Honeywell RTH3100C wiring. (AC is blowing Warm Air Instead of Cold Air)

Honeywell RTH3100C wiring. (AC COLD is blowing Warm Air Instead of Cold Air)

I need some help to figure what causing of hot air coming out even though it is set on AC COLD AUTO.

**Actually to be precise, it blows a little bit COLD AIR but after like 3 minutes or that weird sound "like something is getting activated" it stops blowing COLD AIR and then it starts blowing HOT AIR again.**

HEAT IS working fine.

I need help step by step, what tools needed and for safety precaution.

Thanks guys.

It sounds like your heatpump is going into defrost mode.
What brand is your outdoor unit?

The O wire looks like it isn't properly inserted.

Those pictures are the hot water heater. I removed them as they are of no help.

Your heat pump is the unit that sits outside and has the compressor in it.
A picture of it won't help. We need the actual make and model number of it.
