Adding Fan Control Center

Im looking to have my Nest run on Fan Only occasionally throughout the day when our window AC's are running. My current fan and limit switch is a honeywell model with a push button to manually turn the fan on. Obviously this isn't suitable when no one is home or is easily forgotten.

Its currently a two wire system but I have run a new five wire from the stat to the furnace. I have a one speed fan.

My current wiring setup is as follows:

I looked around online and found the honeywell fan centers and bought a R8285D since it says its for one speed fans and limit controller applications:

The more I looked into this I was unsure of the wiring and if this fan center was the correct one to buy since the R8285E diagram looks more along the lines of what I have (except for the two speed fan).

Can anyone provide some guidance here? Can this fan center work? If so, how should it be wired?

I would think you could do this without adding anything. What's the model number on the furnace?

On the high voltage side...
Wire relay Com and Relay N.O. (of the fan center) parallel to your fan limit.
So your diagram Black goes to relay Com wire and Blue goes to the relay N.O. (Normally open) wire.

Wire Transformer black to the hot black wire in your drawn diagram.
Wire tranformer white to furnace Neutral.

On the low voltage side...
Fan center R connects to Nest Rc.
Fan Center G connects to Nest G.
Fan Center C to Nest C.

Furnace red wire to Nest Rh.
Furnace white wire to Nest W

I am surprised that you have a single speed blower.
The fan center usually controls a different speed with G energized.

Something more like this Natural gas diagram that I drew a long time ago...

Houston - I saw this diagram a while ago which actually made me post here. I guess I'm having trouble understanding how the fan center I bought fits in? I might be looking too far into this and the wiring diagram from Honeywell might be confusing me more.

Does this look right?

Yup, single speed as far as I can tell.

Sticker on the furnace says - Hallmark Warm Air Furnace HB84

Thanks for your help with this guys. It's been driving me nuts.

Yes, it looks vague but the wires do connect to those components.
