Exclamation Need help replacing my old Q674L thermostat with my new Briidea S715

Hello, I want to replace my old Honeywell (I think Honeywell, the case says Bard) with a new Briidea S715. The new one says that its universal, but I can't seem to get it to work. When I first looked at my Briidea it had a wire connecting the RH/R to the RC. I kept it and connected the red inside the RH/R

I have 8 wires coming out of my wall:
Red, Green, Blue, Orange, Black, Yellow, White, White

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Old Q674L1181 = New
R = Rc and RH
W2 = W2
X1 = C
G = G
Y = Y
O = O

Tape off E and L individually.

I do not like that new thermostat.
Where is the emergency heat setting?

Two power options: battery (2-AAA batteries ), or system power (C-wire). C-wire needed for proper installation.
What ?!?!! Two power options...... but C is needed for proper operation.

I'm not a big fan of that thermostat either. I see no online technical information. Amazon seems to be the biggest seller of it. It appears to be no longer carried and there isn't one review on it either. I see multi stage heat pumps listed but no mention of back up electric and no E heat.
