Temspec to Honeywell TH6620D1036 Highrise condo

Hello,

I recently moved into a highrise condo built in the 60-70s. It has central heating and AC, although I don't know what is specifically used. The heating and air conditioning are currently controlled by two analog Temspec thermostat units as shown in the picture. I had received a used Honeywell TH6620D1036 and wanted to try upgrading to it. But when I opened up the wiring, it wasn't quite as simple as the instructions indicated since the old unit doesn't have letters and the wire coloring is very faded. I'm hoping to get some advice.

The old stat is a line voltage stat ( 120V ). The Honeywell is a 24 v stat. So you can't use the Honeywell.

You are going to need a high voltage fan/coil thermostat like the Honeywell.....

Oh thanks, I didn't know there were different types of thermostats like that! I'll try getting one of the line voltage you guys suggested and hopefully it will make more sense.
