You are going to need a voltmeter to make voltage tests.
You need to check from R to C at the bottom of the control board for 24VAC.
Remember..... when you are working with a furnace..... if the blower door is open.... the power is cut to the unit. You need the blower door on or hold the safety switch in.

It's connected directly to the control board. I don't know its exact location.
You can post a few pics of the area and we can help you visually.

No.... the transformer is separate. It may be that item with the red arrow.
The pink arrow is the fuse that should be in one of the transformer secondary lines.
See if you can shoot a larger pic so I can see more detail.

Ok..... the transformer is burned/open. It needs to be replaced.
You need a 120vac ---> 24vac @ 40va.
Here's one I snagged off amazon. They're widely available.
Goodman-0130M00140S-Transformer-120V-40VA
The mounting can be different. Try to find one with the slide-on terminals.

I believe your board used the plastic fuses. Get some smaller ones. 4A would be good. I even like 3A. In my opinion.... the 5A are a little too large.

Turn the power off and just swap over the four wires.
Make sure to match the connections listed on both transformers.

Ok. Not much I can do for you on that. If the motor is arcing internally then it's bad too.
It's pretty rare for a motor to arc. There are no brushes in there.
Usually an arc would cause a breaker to trip.

Open the blower door, hold the safety switch in and look for visible sparks.
Possibly there is something caught in the blower wheel. You can turn the power off and spin the blower wheel by hand to see if there is any noise then.

If it were me servicing that unit for you.... I'd pull out the blower/motor assembly to look at it out of the furnace. There are usually three screws along the top of the blower that you remove and the entire blower assy will slide out. You may have to let the control board down if it's in the way.

I dont know if you can read this picture but on the side of the air cleaner it says, occasional arcing is normal feature of an electronic air cleaner!!! So this is nornal just never noticed it before, now everything seem to work well i would like to thank you you really help me and save me some money i really appreciate it!! Thanks again Pete!!!

Yes... an electronic air cleaner has sporadic arcing. I have one myself. Those metal cells should be taken out of the furnace and cleaned at least once a month. I clean mine in the dishwasher.
The arcing you are hearing is caused by large pieces of dust and lint getting caught on the grid. There should be a screen or pre-filter before the electronic grid to help remove the big bits.
